When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery can take up to 5 business days depending on the area you live in. Check our Shipping Policy for more information.

My order hasn't arrived yet
Please allow at least 5 business days for delivery depending on the area you live in. Check out our Shipping Policy or get in touch with support@sigpromo.co.nz for further questions.

Can you deliver outside of NZ?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to countries outside of New Zealand. International delivery is something we are considering for the future, so please get in touch with marketing@stroke.org.nz to express your interest.

What material are the beanies made from?
All of our beanies are made from acrylic material.

What beanie sizes are available?
We have two sizes available: adults and kids.
Adults: approx. 46-56cm
Kids: approx. 36-46cm

Are you selling beanies in store?
In 2024, we are not selling any beanies in store.
